We specialize in oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, prosthodontics, and periodontics. I have known XXXX personally since 2010 when she was my patient in California after recently arriving from Russia. Our shared language, culture, and extraordinary passion for dentistry made us bond quickly, becoming close friends and colleagues. When XXXX moved to the USA in 2016, she began volunteering in our clinic and has continued to help us periodically since that time. Thus, I am professionally qualified to attest to her enormous potential to contribute to our profession.
XXXX graduated from one of Russia’s most distinguished medical universities in Saint Petersburg and ran her dental clinic in her hometown until moving to the USA. Thus, she was very professionally qualified to provide us with enormous assistance. For three years, throughout 2016, 2017, and 2018, XXXX flew back and forth from her home in San Diego to help during every break. Extremely hard-working, focused, and kind, XXXX’s keen sense of humor and stoic determination make her a pleasure to be around. Everyone at the clinic loves XXXX for her charm, sincerity, and natural charisma.
XXXX’s gifts include a great capacity to transmit calm and soothe nervous patients, helping them feel safe and relaxed. A born entertainer and a practiced artist, XXXX is adept at distracting the patient from treatment. Always emotionally positive, she builds trusting relationships between herself and the patient. Humble, warm, and attentive, she gets along quickly with everyone from all levels of society. XXXX is at her very finest when she treats children with disabilities.
Our clinic's oral health professionals and patients admire and have great affection for XXXX. We hope that after completing a program for international dentists, she will join our team full-time. I am sure that XXXX will distinguish herself in an International Dentist program due to her dedication and natural ability. She continued her education in dentistry beyond dental school in Russia, receiving ongoing, advanced training in Endodontics and Operative Dentistry. She was especially helpful to our team, which comprised an oral surgeon, an orthodontist, a prosthodontist, and a periodontist. XXXX did her best to help us and distinguished herself, particularly by her mastery of X-rays and Cone Beam tomography. I never saw her fail to arrive at the correct diagnosis. XXXX stays abreast of advanced technologies in dentistry and is also widely read in preventative medicine. I see XXXX as Russia’s best, and I assure you that she would be a credit to the diversity of the program that is fortunate to have her.
